    Dear All,

To help you understand the RISC-V Graphics ISA idea we are working on, please have a look on the slides attached. If you have any question or feedback, please share it with us here, on the forum or email the team.

    Hi Luke:

I know of your effort and we referenced your work in our slides. Yes, we would love to work with you. We have interest from the CHIPS Alliance, the RISC-V Foundation, GoWin Semi and others to build this. When you get a chance send me an email at Atif@Pixilica.com and we can discuss by phone. Thanks so much.

    Best

    Atif

hi atif, i apologise, we were not aware of this event in time to participate, and our team is funded through NLNet's Privacy and Enhanced Trust Programme http://nlnet.nl/PET - we did not request the funds for travel to events, only for actual development.

you may have heard of the Libre 3D GPU effort, where we are developing a Vulkan Driver called Kazan (effectively a SPIR-V to LLVM IR compiler that is aware of 3D custom GPU hardware extensions that we are also developing). https://libre-riscv.org/3d_gpu/ it would be good to collaborate on this in an open and transparent fashion: 3D is hard enough as it is! can you make publicly available a PDF of the slides, or point to an online recording of the session?

    warmest,

    l.
